Service Description

Yoga is hard and requires Time, focus and stability. We will learn how to achieve this by focusing mostly on our breath, always, but also by learning how to use our muscles properly during each pose. Relaxing Your muscles during a pose may lead to injuries if done regularly. We will learn the notion of Bandhas, Sanskrit word that refers to a lock or stabilizer, and how to align our body properly to slowly develop our muscles, by restoring a natural posture. You will eventually get the benefits of Yoga if You keep practicing, like proprioception, mobility, strength, greater focus and many more. Time is our best friend. So don't give up Hari Om
