Service Description

In this class we will develop more the practice we do in the beginner class, proposing more poses and variations to keep on developing the knowledge of our own body, working on micro adjustment. It is Important to try even if You know You can't do it yet, just please do not rush into the pose, take Your time, learn how to control and always breath, this is the key. That will allow You to go deeper and deeper into the pose and have a better understanding of what You are doing, this is called Muscle Memory. Hari Om
